The article considers economic motivation of the enterprises in managing ecological and economic systems. The authors consider the following economic motivation types: 1) mechanism of deductions («income tax»); 2) centralized mechanism; 3) mechanism with the rate of profitability; 4) mechanism of profit tax. The article contains the detailed description of mechanisms of economic motivation and their comparative analysis under various conditions of price control. The researchers consider interaction between ecological and economic systems and methods of economic motivation of enterprises. The article is practically orientated to the mechanisms of economic motivation of enterprises at various ways of price control in the market. The authors have carried out the analysis of ecological and economic system condition by an example of Penza city. The article compares the mechanisms of economic motivation at various Penza’s enterprises.
